Transition Town Lewes is a positive, local response to the challenges of climate change and rapidly rising energy prices, driven, for example, by peak oil and climate taxation.

Within TTL, the Business Group is an informal, lively and practical group of people all based in or around Lewes. We try to be as open-minded and independent-thinking as possible, and enjoy working with local organisations and individuals of all kinds. 

We are working together on positive business-related initiatives. Our aim is to raise awareness and help local businesses become more sustainable and more resilient. So far we have started work on 6 projects, including developing this website.
