Ovesco (Ouse Valley Energy Services Company) has recently been set up with the support of the TTL Energy Group to encourage local energy generation and efficiency. Ovesco has just won the tender to administer Lewes District Council's new round of energy efficiency grants, the first of what the company hopes will be many local activities in the community.
